Karen offers 1:1 virtual personal training monthly packages that encompass learning how to warm-up safely, a 30-minute workout, tailored to YOU and a relaxing cool-down. Karen brings her 20 year athlete experience and 10 years coaching and corporate wellness programming to you.

After receiving a difficult diagnosis in 2024, Karen had to dig deep from within to rise each day and her journey back to herself has taken over 2 years. An Olympic comeback!

Karen’s passion for movement and the positive impact on mental health drives her as she draws on her years of experience as an elite athlete, entrepreneur, author and now as someone who lives with mental health challenges and thrives.

Karen teaches clients through movement and positive mindset that by beginning and gently stepping into being brave each day to move, we not only help ourselves, we can help others.

With Karen’s W.I.N. approach (What’s Important Now), we get back to aligning with ourselves and from that place of space, we can show up and be BRAVE for ourselves.

Being brave starts with beginning. From there we gather courage and confidence to build and re-build. Karen shares her first-hand experience of living with a mental illness diagnosis and the inspiring courage to begin to dream again.
